In line with this, the Department of Pediatrics is inviting everyone to attend its 23rd Scientific Symposium entitled "Conundrums in Pediatrics from Head to Toe" on June 13, 2018 (Wednesday) from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM at the Novotel Manila, Araneta Center Cubao, Quezon City. Mallorca, “Tummy Trouble: Approach to Acute Abdominal Pain” by Dr. Marilou G. Tan, “Happy Teeth: The Role of Pediatricians in Dental Care” by Dr. Manuel V. Vallesteros, “Eat Your Heart Out: Chilldhood Obesity & Hypertension” by. Dr. Olympia Ursula Q. Malanyaon, “Coughing It Up: Evidence-Based Review of Common Cough Remedies” by Dr. Arnel Gerald Q. Jiao, “Joint by Joint: Recognition of Common Sports Injuries” by Dr. Juanito S, Javier. This scientific event will equip the general pediatrician in solving common pediatric problems from head to toe.
