CMC FOUNDATION, INC.
The Capitol Medical Center Foundation, Inc. founded by Dr. Thelma Navarrete-Clemente in June, 1996 is a collaborative effort between the hospital (Capitol Medical Center), its medical staff, and generous donors.
The aim of CMC Foundation, Inc. is to provide medical assistance and educational trainings to the marginalized sectors of our society especially the communities around the hospital.
The various donors of the foundation take care of the medicines, medical supplies and other operational expenses. Last June 2008, the CMC Foundation received a donation amounting to Php 848,750.00 from Dr. Myrna Soriano of USA, for the CMCFI’s projects.
The CMC Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors and Trustees are:

- Treasurer : Dr. Milagros Daez-Sevilla

- Dr. Edna Azurin
Over the years, the CMC Foundation has been active in doing school-linked health services, nutrition and child immunization, prevention of disease, and promotion of wellness within the community.
It has successfully carried out several projects, the Sagip Mata (Cataract Operation), adoption of the Gen. Roxas Elementary School, Harelip Operations, and Training for individuals seeking employment as healthcare providers. All of these projects were undertaken through the able leadership of Dr. Thelma N. Clemente.
