Child Development Unit

The Capitol Medical Center Child Development Unit was opened last March 12, 2013. It is staffed by Developmental-Behavioral pediatricians, occupational/physical/ speech therapists, and child psychologist who provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for children with suspected or identified developmental delays. The Unit specializes in the diagnosis and management of congenital and acquired disabilities. Children with cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, autism, ADHD, developmental delay, sensory impairments, and behavioral problems constitute the core problems. They consider your family’s priorities and concerns when planning your child’s care to ensure that it is well coordinated, community-oriented and family-centered. Their goal is to understand each child’s strengths and needs and to help a child grow and develop to thebest of his/her ability.  The CMC Child Development Unit (CDU) is located at the Out-Patient Department of Capitol Medical Center in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City. It is open Mondays - Saturdays from 9:00AM - 4:00 PM. Call Ms. Joan Enriquez at 372-3825 local 1120 for any queries.
