Celebrates 11th Commencement Exercises

Capitol Medical Center Colleges graduated 124 health care professionals for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology last April 22 at the UP Film Institute.

Dr. Benigno Santi II, one of the Board of Directors and the Dean of the College of Radiologic Technology. The theme of the event was “Challenge of the Times: Taking Responsibility as a Persevering Professional.”

The event was graced by the Founding Chair, Dr. Thelma Navarrete-Clemente together with the College President, Dr. Edgardo N. Clemente, CMCC President Ms. Carmina C. Desales and Dr. Editha Tuason, one of the Board of Directors.

CMCC Students Saving Lives

 

Blood Donation.  The Medical Technology class in Blood Banking sponsored a Blood Donation drive last March 4, 2016 in cooperation with the Philippine Blood Center of Quezon City. About 63 donors participated.

 

Community Service. The National Service Training Program 1 class sponsored two   community outreach activities at Barangay Sto. Domingo last March 30 and April 6. The students were able to conduct Personal Hygiene session with 40 selected children and an Entrepreneurship session with 20 selected adults.

The Community and Public Health class of Radiologic Technology under Mr. Emil Responso also undertook a series of activities which included sessions on “How to Prevent Sore Eyes” and a feeding program also at Barangay Sto. Domingo.
